General Terms — Firefighter Services, Italy Naples
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all Firefighter service pricing and availability must be reconfirmed in writing.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed in Italy Naples shall be fully insured under FireGuard Italia S.r.l. corporate liability and professional indemnity policies, with a minimum coverage of € 5,000,000 per occurrence.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of equipment installation and initial Firefighter training; 30% upon successful completion of the 12-month service period.
- All Firefighter equipment supplied shall carry a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty and shall be registered with the relevant Italian fire safety authorities (Vigili del Fuoco — Comando Provinciale di Napoli).
- Any changes to the scope of Firefighter services in Italy Naples must be agreed upon in writing via a formal Variation Order. Unauthorised modifications will not be covered under this Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Naples metropolitan area, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Napoli, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil law.
- FireGuard Italia S.r.l. reserves the right to substitute equivalent Firefighter equipment of equal or superior specification should the originally quoted items become unavailable, provided prior written notice is given to the client.
