- 1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any Firefighter service engagement beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
- 2. All Firefighter personnel assigned to the Japan Kyoto site shall hold valid certifications issued under the Japanese Fire Service Act and shall undergo annual recertification.
- 3. Payment terms: 30% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of system installation, and 30% upon final acceptance and certification by the Kyoto Fire Bureau.
- 4. All Firefighter equipment and vehicles shall be maintained in accordance with the standards set by the Fire and Disaster Management Agency of Japan and the Kyoto Prefectural Fire Department.
- 5. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for structural repairs resulting from fire damage, which shall be covered under the client's separate insurance policy.
- 6. Seasonal surge staffing in Japan Kyoto (Items 10) is contingent upon the client's confirmation of peak visitor periods at least sixty (60) days in advance.
- 7. Any changes to the scope of Firefighter services after contract execution will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement.
- 8. All work performed in Japan Kyoto shall comply with local heritage preservation regulations, particularly those governing the Higashiyama and Nakagyo districts.
- 9. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
