2.1 Stationed Firefighter Personnel
Deployment of a minimum of four (4) fully certified Firefighter personnel on a 24/7 rotational basis at the client's facility in Japan Osaka. Each Firefighter shall hold a valid Japanese Fire Service Technician certification (Level 1 or above) and possess a minimum of five (5) years of active Firefighter experience. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Firefighter services in Japan Osaka may be subject to revision based on labor market conditions and regulatory changes.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract execution; remaining 50% payable in equal monthly installments within 15 days of each month's service delivery.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall be employees of Osaka Fire & Safety Solutions Co., Ltd. and shall not be considered employees or agents of the client.
- The client agrees to provide the Firefighter team with access to all areas of the Japan Osaka facility, including mechanical rooms, electrical panels, and storage areas, during inspection and training activities.
