This Quotation Estimate is issued by Safeguard Fire & Rescue Services Ltd in response to the request for professional Firefighter deployment and emergency response services within the Kenya Nairobi metropolitan area. Our company has been operating in Nairobi since 2012 and holds full accreditation from the Kenya Fire and Emergency Services Authority. The scope of this quotation covers the provision of trained and certified Firefighter personnel, specialized firefighting equipment, and 24/7 emergency response coverage for commercial, industrial, and residential zones across Nairobi.

The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to meet the standards set forth by the Kenya Fire and Emergency Services Act (2019) and comply with all regulatory requirements of the Nairobi City County Government. All Firefighter personnel deployed under this contract will hold valid certifications from the Kenya Institute of Fire and Emergency Services and will undergo continuous professional development to maintain the highest operational readiness.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kenya.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within fourteen (14) days of invoice issuance. A 10% advance payment is required upon contract signing. Monthly service fees are due on the 5th of each month. All payments shall be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via bank transfer to our designated account at Equity Bank, Nairobi.
Commencement: Services shall commence within seven (7) working days of receipt of the advance payment and formal contract execution. The initial deployment of Firefighter personnel in Nairobi shall be completed within the first week.
Contract Duration: This Quotation Estimate is based on a twelve (12) month service period. Renewal terms shall be negotiated at least sixty (60) days before the expiry of the current contract.
Compliance: All Firefighter services provided under this quotation shall strictly comply with the Kenya Fire and Emergency Services Act (2019), the Occupational Safety and Health Act (2007), and all applicable regulations of the Nairobi City County Government.
Insurance: Safeguard Fire & Rescue Services Ltd shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all Firefighter personnel deployed in Nairobi at a minimum cover of KES 50,000,000.
Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all deployed Firefighter personnel and equipment shall be withdrawn from Nairobi premises within the notice period.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
Taxation: All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 16% as applicable in Kenya. VAT shall be added to the total upon invoicing.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Firefighter services in Kenya Nairobi and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
