- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity period will require a revised quotation reflecting current market rates and regulatory updates applicable in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed under this agreement shall hold valid Kuwaiti work permits, FCD certification, and current medical fitness certificates. The contractor guarantees that no Firefighter shall be assigned without meeting all statutory requirements of the State of Kuwait.
- Payment terms: 50% advance upon contract execution, with the remaining 50% payable in two equal quarterly installments. All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the contractor's designated account in Kuwait City.
- The contractor shall maintain a minimum response time of five (5) minutes for any fire emergency at the client's premises in Kuwait City. Failure to meet this response time on three or more documented occasions shall entitle the client to a 10% service credit for the affected quarter.
- All fire safety training and drill activities shall be conducted in coordination with the Kuwait Fire and Civil Defense Authority and shall comply with the latest editions of the Kuwait Building Code and NFPA standards as adopted in Kuwait.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of capital equipment replacement (e.g., full sprinkler system overhaul, fire pump replacement). Such items, if required, will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate issued upon written request.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns, natural disasters, or civil unrest in Kuwait City, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kuwait City in accordance with the Kuwait Arbitration Law, with proceedings conducted in Arabic.
- The contractor reserves the right to substitute individual Firefighter personnel for medical, disciplinary, or operational reasons, provided that the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications of the outgoing personnel.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Firefighter services at the designated location in Kuwait Kuwait City. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement for the period specified.
