5. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for Firefighter equipment and services may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation, supply-chain adjustments, or changes in Myanmar import regulations.

5.2 Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery and installation at the Myanmar Yangon project site; 20% upon successful completion of the Firefighter training programme and final acceptance inspection.

5.3 All Firefighter equipment supplied under this Quotation Estimate carries a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty. SCBA cylinders and structural components are subject to annual recertification as outlined in Section 3, Item S-03.

5.4 Delivery to Myanmar Yangon shall be made via the Yangon International Airport (CMB) or Yangon Port, whichever is most cost-effective for the specific item. All customs documentation, including certificates of origin and fire-safety compliance certificates, shall be provided by PyroShield International Ltd.

5.5 The Firefighter training programme will be conducted in English and Burmese (Myanmar language) to ensure full comprehension by all personnel stationed in Myanmar Yangon. Training materials, manuals, and digital resources will be provided in both languages.

5.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Any modifications to scope, quantity, or delivery schedule must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.

5.7 In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed import restrictions in Myanmar, or pandemic-related logistics disruptions, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to adjust timelines without penalty.

Note: This Quotation Estimate has been specifically tailored for the operational environment of Myanmar Yangon. All Firefighter gear specifications account for sustained ambient temperatures of 30–38 °C, relative humidity exceeding 80% during the monsoon season (May–October), and the structural characteristics of Yangon's mixed-use urban buildings.
