4. Delivery & Implementation Timeline

All Firefighter equipment and materials referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be delivered to designated sites within the Nepal Kathmandu metropolitan area within the following schedule:

  • Phase 1 (Weeks 1–6): Delivery and installation of Firefighter PPE kits and communication systems. All 120 Firefighter personnel shall receive and be fitted with their complete protective gear.
  • Phase 2 (Weeks 7–14): Delivery, registration, and commissioning of the two Firefighter response vehicles. Vehicles shall be inspected and certified by the Nepal Kathmandu transport authority prior to operational deployment.
  • Phase 3 (Weeks 15–26): Construction and equipping of the Firefighter training facility in Lalitpur. All training modules, simulators, and safety apparatus shall be installed and tested.
  • Phase 4 (Weeks 27–32): Execution of the 40-hour Firefighter certification training program. All 120 personnel shall complete the course and receive certification.

5. Terms & Conditions

  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for Firefighter equipment and services may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Nepal Kathmandu.
  • Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of all Firefighter equipment to Nepal Kathmandu sites, and 30% upon successful completion of the training program and final inspection.
  • All Firefighter equipment supplied shall carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of two (2) years, extendable through the maintenance contract outlined in Item 05.
  • The Firefighter training program shall be conducted by certified instructors holding NFPA or equivalent international credentials, with all instruction delivered in both Nepali and English to ensure full comprehension by all personnel in Nepal Kathmandu.
  • Any changes to the scope of work, additional Firefighter personnel, or modifications to the Nepal Kathmandu deployment sites must be communicated in writing and shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
  • All work shall comply with the Nepal Fire Safety Act, 2017, local building codes of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, and applicable environmental regulations of Bagmati Province.

6. Important Notes

Note: The pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and is inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and levies as per the current fiscal policy of the Government of Nepal. The USD conversion provided is for reference only and is based on an indicative exchange rate. The Firefighter equipment specifications have been reviewed for compatibility with the altitude (approximately 1,400 meters above sea level) and monsoon humidity conditions characteristic of the Nepal Kathmandu valley. All vehicles and machinery are rated for operation in these specific environmental conditions.

7. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Firefighter services and equipment in Nepal Kathmandu. The undersigned authorizes the commencement of procurement and deployment activities as outlined herein.
