2. Scope of Services

4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining fifty percent (50%) payable in equal monthly installments over the contract period.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid certifications from the Nigeria Fire Service (NFS) and possess a minimum of three (3) years of operational experience in the Nigeria Lagos area.
- Apex Safety & Fire Solutions Ltd. shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance covering all Firefighter activities and operations within Nigeria Lagos, with a minimum cover of NGN 500,000,000.
- The client reserves the right to request a revised Quotation Estimate should the scope of Firefighter services need to be expanded or modified during the contract term.
- All Firefighter equipment and vehicles provided under this Quotation Estimate shall be inspected and serviced in accordance with NFS standards applicable to Nigeria Lagos at least once every ninety (90) days.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe flooding common in Nigeria Lagos during the rainy season, may affect service delivery timelines. Both parties shall negotiate in good faith to mitigate any disruption.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Firefighter service delivery in Nigeria Lagos shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.
