Note: This Quotation Estimate is specific to the operational needs of the Firefighter division in Pakistan Islamabad. All pricing is quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and assumes standard delivery within the Islamabad Capital Territory. Any additional customization, expedited shipping, or deployment to outlying districts (e.g., Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Margalla Hills) will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and supplementary agreement.- This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market fluctuations in raw materials and import duties applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon order confirmation, 50% upon delivery and acceptance at the designated Firefighter stations in Pakistan Islamabad, and 10% upon successful completion of the training and commissioning phase.
- All Firefighter PPE and apparatus shall carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of two (2) years from the date of delivery. SCBA units shall be covered under a five (5) year warranty on cylinder integrity.
- Delivery timeline: All items shall be delivered within forty-five (45) working days from the date of purchase order acceptance. The training program shall be scheduled within sixty (60) days of delivery, conducted at the Islamabad Fire Training Academy.
- The supplier shall provide a comprehensive user manual, maintenance schedule, and regulatory compliance documentation (PSQCA, ISO, NFPA) for every Firefighter item supplied.
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent purchase order shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and shall be adjudicated in the courts of Pakistan Islamabad.
- The supplier reserves the right to substitute equivalent or superior specifications with prior written approval from the client, provided the Firefighter performance standards are not diminished.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Pakistan Islamabad region, shall extend delivery timelines proportionally.
