TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, pricing for Firefighter services and materials may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Philippines Manila.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed under this contract shall hold valid Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) certifications and Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (POSH) compliance records.
- Payment terms: 50% down payment upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of installation and training, and 20% upon final acceptance and BFP clearance in Philippines Manila.
- Warranty: All installed fire suppression and detection systems carry a two-year manufacturer warranty. Firefighter PPE carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include government permits, BFP Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) filing fees, or any local government unit (LGU) clearance fees in Philippines Manila, which shall be borne by the client.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, or government-mandated closures affecting Philippines Manila, shall extend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- All Firefighter services shall comply with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), the Fire Code of the Philippines (RA 6972), and all applicable DOLE and BFP regulations.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Philippines Manila under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
