2. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all Firefighter equipment pricing is subject to revision based on current market rates in Russia Moscow.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing; 50% upon delivery and acceptance of all Firefighter equipment at designated Russia Moscow fire stations; 10% upon successful completion of the 12-month warranty milestone.
- All Firefighter personal protective equipment and apparatus shall be delivered with full GOST R certification documentation, EN 469 conformity certificates, and manufacturer's warranty cards in both Russian and English.
- Delivery schedule: All items shall be delivered to the specified Russia Moscow locations within 90 calendar days from the date of purchase order confirmation. Firefighter training cohorts shall commence no later than 120 days from contract execution.
- Arctic Shield Fire Protection Systems LLC assumes full liability for defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of acceptance in Russia Moscow.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal supply and service agreement, governed by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, must be executed by both parties before any Firefighter equipment is manufactured, shipped, or installed.
- All work performed in Russia Moscow shall comply with local fire safety regulations issued by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) of the Russian Federation and applicable Moscow City municipal bylaws.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting Russia Moscow logistics corridors, shall extend delivery timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
