5. Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery of equipment to Senegal Dakar; 30% upon completion of all Firefighter training programs and final commissioning.
- Delivery Timeline: All Firefighter equipment and vehicles shall be delivered to the designated locations in Senegal Dakar within 120 days of contract signing. Training programs shall commence within 30 days of equipment delivery.
- Warranty: All Firefighter equipment carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty. Vehicles carry a 36-month warranty with 5-year maintenance coverage as specified in Item 10.
- Compliance: All Firefighter gear and equipment comply with EN 469, NFPA 1981, and ISO 11612 standards. Vehicles meet UNECE regulations and are adapted for the road infrastructure and climate of Senegal Dakar.
- Warranty & Support: Atlantic Safety & Fire Solutions SARL shall maintain a dedicated technical support office in Dakar for the duration of the 5-year maintenance contract, ensuring rapid response for all Firefighter equipment issues.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to port closures, regulatory changes in Senegal, or natural disasters affecting the Dakar region.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the rules of the CCI Dakar.
6. Acceptance & Authorization
By signing below, the undersigned parties confirm their acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for the supply of Firefighter equipment, training, and operational services for deployment in Senegal Dakar. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature by both parties.
