The following Quotation Estimate covers the provision of fully trained and SCDF-certified Firefighter personnel for the client's premises in Singapore. The scope includes but is not limited to:

• Deployment of a minimum of four (4) certified Firefighter officers on a 24/7 rotational basis at the client's facility in Singapore.
• Conduct of monthly Firefighter-led fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises in compliance with the Singapore Fire Safety (General) Regulations.
• Operation and monitoring of fixed fire detection and suppression systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarm panels, and hydrant systems.
• Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) for all Firefighter personnel, including turnout gear, SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus), and protective helmets.
• Quarterly Firefighter competency assessments and refresher training in line with Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) standards.
• Preparation of monthly incident reports and annual Firefighter performance summaries for the client's records.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all Firefighter service rates and pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Singapore.
2. All Firefighter personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid SCDF-recognised Firefighter certification and shall undergo mandatory medical fitness checks prior to commencement of duties in Singapore.
3. Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable within thirty (30) days of the completion of the first quarter of Firefighter service delivery.
4. This Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any additional Firefighter call-outs beyond the twelve (12) included in Item 8. Additional call-outs shall be billed at SGD 1,800.00 per incident plus applicable GST.
5. All Firefighter services shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Fire Safety Act (Cap. 109) and all relevant regulations enforced by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
6. Meridian Firefighter Services Pte. Ltd. shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance of no less than SGD 5,000,000 for all Firefighter personnel operating within Singapore.
7. Any changes to the scope of Firefighter services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to implementation.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by an authorised representative of Meridian Firefighter Services Pte. Ltd.
