Scope of Work – Firefighter Services in South Africa JohannesburgThis Quotation Estimate is issued by ProShield Firefighter Services (Pty) Ltd for the provision of comprehensive Firefighter training, fire safety compliance auditing, and emergency response preparedness services at the client's premises located in South Africa Johannesburg. All services are delivered in strict accordance with the National Fire Act (Act 69 of 1998), the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993), and the SANS 10400-T fire safety standards applicable in South Africa Johannesburg.
Our team of certified Firefighter instructors and fire safety engineers will conduct a full assessment of the existing fire safety infrastructure, deliver practical and theoretical Firefighter training to designated site personnel, and provide a detailed compliance report to ensure the facility meets all regulatory requirements for South Africa Johannesburg commercial properties.

- This Quotation Estimate is issued exclusively for the client named above and may not be transferred or assigned to any third party without prior written consent from ProShield Firefighter Services (Pty) Ltd.
- All Firefighter training and services shall be conducted by SANS 10400-T and NFPA 1001 certified instructors. Each participant will receive a recognised certificate upon successful completion.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance within 14 days of service completion. Late payments will attract interest at 2% per month as per the National Credit Act.
- The Firefighter Emergency Response Retainer (Item 08) is a 12-month rolling contract. Cancellation requires 60 days' written notice. Early termination will incur a penalty of 3 months' retainer fees.
- All equipment supplied (fire extinguishers, PPE kits) carries a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Annual servicing of supplied equipment is included in the retainer period.
- ProShield Firefighter Services (Pty) Ltd shall maintain a minimum of R10,000,000 public liability insurance and R5,000,000 professional indemnity insurance for all operations in South Africa Johannesburg.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. The signed document shall serve as the governing agreement for all Firefighter services described herein.
- All work shall comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the National Fire Act, and all applicable by-laws of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, South Africa Johannesburg.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa.
