3. Scope of Firefighter Services
The following Firefighter services and fire safety solutions are proposed for implementation at the client's premises in Spain Valencia. All services shall be executed by certified and qualified Firefighter personnel holding valid credentials issued by the Conselleria de Interior of the Generalitat Valenciana and in accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 513/2017 on fire safety in buildings.

5. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect market conditions in Spain Valencia.
- All Firefighter personnel assigned to this contract shall hold current professional qualifications and valid insurance coverage as mandated by Spanish labor and safety legislation.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of installation works, and 30% upon final acceptance and commissioning of all Firefighter systems.
- Any modifications to the scope of Firefighter services must be agreed upon in writing and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- This contract is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Valencia, Comunitat Valenciana.
