Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability of Firefighter personnel and equipment are subject to revision.
- All Firefighter personnel supplied under this contract shall hold valid Swiss federal fire service certifications and shall be registered with the Canton of Zurich occupational health authority prior to commencing duties.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six-month operational period, and 30% upon successful completion of the full 12-month contract term. All payments shall be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the account of Alpine Fire Protection AG, UBS Zurich.
- All services and equipment are to be delivered and deployed within the administrative boundaries of the city of Zurich, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. Any deployment outside the Switzerland Zurich metropolitan area (beyond 30 km radius) shall be subject to a separate surcharge as per the company's standard rate card.
- Each Firefighter assigned under this agreement is covered by the Swiss Occupational Accident Insurance (UVG) and mandatory third-party liability insurance with a minimum coverage of CHF 5,000,000, as required by the Zurich Municipal Fire Department's procurement policy.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and countersigned by both parties. The final contract shall be governed by the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the applicable cantonal regulations of the Canton of Zurich.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland, or by arbitration under the Swiss Rules of Arbitration administered by the Swiss Arbitration Centre in Zurich.
- Alpine Fire Protection AG reserves the right to substitute any individual Firefighter with a qualified equivalent of equal or higher rank, provided that the replacement meets all certification and training requirements specified in this document.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the provision of Firefighter services and equipment in Switzerland Zurich.
