1. Scope of Work — Firefighter Services in Thailand Bangkok
This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Safeguard Fire Protection Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Firefighter training, equipment supply, and ongoing fire safety services for the Siam Tower complex located in the heart of Thailand Bangkok. The scope encompasses all fire prevention, detection, suppression, and emergency response requirements in compliance with the Thai Fire Prevention and Suppression Act B.E. 2521 (1978) and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) fire safety regulations.
The Firefighter services outlined in this estimate include the deployment of certified professional Firefighter personnel, installation and maintenance of fire suppression systems, conduct of mandatory fire drills, and provision of all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for on-site Firefighter teams operating within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area.

3. Terms and Conditions
3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability of Firefighter personnel and equipment are subject to revision.
3.2 All Firefighter personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid certification from the Thai Fire Department and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Certificates will be provided for verification prior to commencement of services.
3.3 Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of installation works; 30% upon final handover and commissioning. Monthly Firefighter guard service fees are payable within 15 days of each monthly invoice.
3.4 All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Thai Fire Prevention and Suppression Act, BMA building codes, and the National Fire Safety Standards of Thailand Bangkok.
3.5 Safeguard Fire Protection Co., Ltd. shall maintain full public liability insurance (minimum 50,000,000 THB) and workers' compensation coverage for all Firefighter personnel operating on the client's premises in Thailand Bangkok.
3.6 The client agrees to provide safe access to all areas of the Siam Tower complex for Firefighter personnel, equipment installation, and emergency response operations.
3.7 Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value shall require a written amendment signed by both parties.
3.8 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Safeguard Fire Protection Co., Ltd.
