1. Introduction and Scope of Work
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Uganda Fire Safety & Rescue Services Ltd. in response to the request for comprehensive Firefighter services and fire safety infrastructure support to be deployed and maintained within the Uganda Kampala metropolitan area. The scope of this engagement covers the provision of trained and certified Firefighter personnel, fire suppression equipment, emergency response readiness, and ongoing fire safety consultancy for the client's premises and surrounding operational zones in Kampala.
Our team of professional Firefighter specialists is fully licensed by the Uganda Fire Service and the National Disaster Management Operations Centre (NDMOC). All personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate will operate in strict compliance with the Uganda Fire Service Act (Cap. 238) and the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) municipal by-laws governing fire safety in Uganda Kampala.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period may be subject to revised pricing due to fluctuating costs of Firefighter equipment, fuel, and personnel in Uganda Kampala.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable within fourteen (14) days of completion of the one-time installation works. Recurring monthly and quarterly fees shall be invoiced on the 1st of each billing cycle.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed under this contract shall be provided with full personal protective equipment (PPE), including helmets, turnout gear, self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), and safety boots, at no additional cost to the client.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all premises within Uganda Kampala where Firefighter services are to be rendered, including parking space for the response vehicle and adequate water supply points.
- Uganda Fire Safety & Rescue Services Ltd. shall maintain a minimum response time of fifteen (15) minutes from the client's premises in Kampala for any fire emergency or fire-related incident.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for structural fire damage repair, environmental remediation, or third-party liability claims arising from fire incidents. Such matters shall be addressed under separate agreement.
- All work and services shall comply with the Uganda National Building Regulations, the Kampala Capital City Authority fire safety by-laws, and the standards set by the Uganda Fire Service.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all prepaid amounts for unrendered Firefighter services shall be refunded pro-rata.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
4. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Firefighter services in Uganda Kampala. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding service agreement.
