4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all prices and terms are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
4.2 Payment Terms: A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be paid in three equal monthly installments aligned with the project milestones for the Firefighter services delivery in Uzbekistan Tashkent. All payments shall be made in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract.
4.3 Delivery and Implementation Timeline: The complete Firefighter service package, including equipment installation, personnel deployment, and training program initiation, shall be fully operational within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of contract signing at the Uzbekistan Tashkent facility.
4.4 Compliance: All Firefighter services, equipment, and training programs outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Fire Safety Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, O'z DSt standards, and the directives of the State Fire Supervision Service. The client is responsible for obtaining any additional local permits required in Tashkent city.

4.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in Uzbekistan, or civil unrest affecting the Tashkent region.
4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent Arbitration Center.
