2. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fuel costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or regulatory changes in Zimbabwe Harare.
Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; remaining balance payable in twelve (12) equal monthly instalments, due on the 5th of each month. Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
Service Commencement: All Firefighter personnel and services shall be fully operational at the Zimbabwe Harare site no later than 1 August 2025, subject to receipt of the advance payment.
Compliance: All Firefighter personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Zimbabwe National Fire Service Act, Harare City Council by-laws, and ZFSA operational standards. The client shall provide all necessary site access, permits, and cooperation.
Insurance: SafeGuard Fire & Rescue Services (Pvt) Ltd maintains comprehensive public liability insurance of USD 2,000,000 and workers' compensation coverage for all Firefighter personnel. Certificates of insurance shall be provided upon request.
Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rata charge for the remaining Firefighter service period shall apply.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or civil unrest in Zimbabwe Harare.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Chapter 7:15).

5. Acceptance and Authorisation
