This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Geological Consulting & Survey Services to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Geologist and supporting geological field team to conduct subsurface investigation, geological mapping, and hydrogeological assessment across designated sites in Algeria Algiers. The services described herein are tailored to meet the specific requirements of the client's infrastructure development and resource exploration programme within the greater Algiers metropolitan area.
The Geologist assigned to this project will hold a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in sedimentary basin analysis, structural geology, and applied hydrogeology, with demonstrated expertise in the geological formations characteristic of the Tell Atlas and the coastal sedimentary sequences found throughout Algeria Algiers. All fieldwork will be conducted in strict compliance with the Algerian Ministry of Energy and Mines regulations, the National Agency for Hydrocarbons (ANH) guidelines, and the local municipal permits required for subsurface drilling and sampling operations in the city of Algiers.

3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.
3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and delivery of interim geological reports, and 20% upon final acceptance of the comprehensive Geologist technical report and GIS database.
3.3 All geological fieldwork will be executed within the administrative boundaries of Algeria Algiers (Wilaya 16). Any extension of the project scope to neighbouring wilayas (Tipaza, Boumerdès, Blida) will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
3.4 The Geologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all occupational health and safety standards as prescribed by Algerian labour law (Law 88-07) and the specific HSE requirements of the client.
3.5 All data, core samples, and geological reports generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Geologist shall not disclose, publish, or share any proprietary geological information pertaining to the Algeria Algiers project sites without written consent.
3.6 Force majeure events, including but not limited to seismic activity, extreme weather, or government-imposed restrictions in Algiers, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
3.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Algiers, Algeria.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of the scope, pricing, and terms outlined for the Geologist services to be performed in Algeria Algiers. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding commercial agreement.
