Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Geologist service rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Argentina Buenos Aires.

2. Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon signing of the professional services contract; 40% upon completion of the fieldwork phase (Items 1–3); 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geological Report (Items 4–7). All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Tierra Profunda Geología S.R.L., Banco de la Nación Argentina, Sucursal Buenos Aires.

3. Professional Liability: The Geologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate carries professional liability insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil Profesional) with a coverage of ARS 50,000,000, as required by the Colegio de Geólogos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

4. Site Access and Safety: The client shall guarantee safe access to the project site in Argentina Buenos Aires and shall provide all necessary permits for drilling and fieldwork. The Geologist and field team shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations (Ley 19.587).

5. Intellectual Property: All geological data, maps, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Geologist reserves the right to reference the project in professional publications with prior written consent.

6. Force Majeure: Delays caused by weather events, regulatory suspensions by the Argentina Buenos Aires municipal authority, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the Geologist shall extend the project timeline without additional cost.

7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the civil and commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
