1. Scope of Work – Geologist Services in Argentina Córdoba

This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoCórdoba Professional Services S.R.L. to formally present the cost and terms for the engagement of a licensed Geologist to perform a comprehensive geological survey, site characterization, and environmental geotechnical assessment at the client's mining exploration site located in the Sierra de Córdoba region of Argentina Córdoba. The services described herein are tailored to the specific geological conditions of the Córdoba province, which features a complex tectonic history including the Orogén Cordillerano, extensive Precambrian basement rocks, and significant sedimentary sequences of the Cretaceous and Tertiary periods.

The Geologist assigned to this project will hold a degree in Geology from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of field experience in the Precordillera and Sierras Pampeanas regions, and be duly registered with the Colegio de Geólogos de la Provincia de Córdoba. All work will comply with the Argentine National Law 24.280 (Mineral Resources), the provincial mining code of Córdoba, and applicable environmental regulations under the Secretaría de Ambiente de la Provincia de Córdoba.

3. Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current market rates for geological consulting services in Argentina Córdoba.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing of the service contract, 40% upon completion of all fieldwork activities, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report and technical deliverables.
All payments shall be made in Argentine Pesos (ARS) via bank transfer to the account of GeoCórdoba Professional Services S.R.L. at Banco de la Nación Argentina, Sucursal Córdoba, CBU: 01100049-1-000000000001-8.
The Geologist and field team shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations (Ley 19.587) and the specific safety protocols of the client's site in the Córdoba highlands.
Any additional fieldwork beyond the scope described in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the undersigned Geologist and approved in writing by the client prior to execution.
All geological data, maps, and reports produced under this engagement shall be the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Geologist retains the right to publish general scientific findings with prior written consent of the client.
This contract is governed by the laws of the Province of Córdoba and the Argentine Nation. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina.
The Geologist shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000, valid for the entire duration of the project.

4. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined for the engagement of the Geologist and associated field services in the project area of Argentina Córdoba.
