This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by GeoBelge Consulting & Geological Services S.A. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional fees for the engagement of a licensed Geologist to conduct geological site investigation, subsurface assessment, and environmental geological reporting for a construction and development project located in Belgium Brussels. The following scope of work has been prepared by our senior Geologist and covers all phases of the geological investigation required for the client's project in Belgium Brussels:

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the field investigation phase by the Geologist; and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the header. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Belgian law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for the Geologist services may be subject to revision.
- All Geologist services shall be performed in strict accordance with Belgian professional standards and the code of ethics of the Belgian Geological Society.
- The Geologist assigned to this project in Belgium Brussels holds a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in urban geological investigations.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional boreholes, or extended laboratory testing requested by the client after acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation.
