- Payment Schedule: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of all fieldwork and laboratory analysis; 30% upon delivery of the final Geological Report and regulatory filings.
- Professional Liability: The Geologist and GeoMontreal Professional Services Inc. carry professional liability insurance in the amount of $5,000,000 CAD, as required for geological practice in Canada Montreal and throughout the province of Quebec.
- Scope Changes: Any modifications to the scope of geological work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional fees at the standard Geologist hourly rate of $185.00 CAD.
