This Quotation Estimate is issued by Coastal Pacific Geological Consultants Inc. to Pacific Ridge Development Corp. in relation to the engagement of a qualified Geologist for comprehensive site investigation, geological mapping, and geotechnical advisory services at the above-referenced project site located in Canada Vancouver. This Quotation Estimate outlines the full scope of professional geological work, associated field and laboratory activities, reporting deliverables, and all applicable costs. The Geologist services described herein are intended to support the client's pre-development due diligence, environmental compliance, and structural engineering design phases for a mixed-use commercial and residential development in the West End district of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
The following services will be performed by our senior Geologist and supporting field team. All work will be conducted in accordance with the standards of the Geological Association of Canada, the British Columbia Geoscience Act, and applicable Canada Vancouver municipal bylaws and provincial regulations.

Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Geologist engagement will commence within ten (10) business days. The anticipated timeline is as follows: Desktop review (Week 1), Field mapping and drilling supervision (Weeks 2–4), Laboratory testing (Weeks 4–7), Geohazard analysis and report writing (Weeks 7–10), and Final presentation in Canada Vancouver (Week 11). All deliverables will be provided in both digital (PDF and editable CAD/GIS formats) and hard-copy form.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Geologist team are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon signing, 35% upon completion of fieldwork, and 25% upon delivery of the final Geologist's Technical Report. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- All geological data, core samples, and reports remain the intellectual property of Coastal Pacific Geological Consultants Inc. until full payment is received. The client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the data for the specific Canada Vancouver project described herein.
- The Geologist services are subject to safe access to the site, availability of drilling contractors, and weather conditions. Delays caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to seismic activity, extreme weather in the Canada Vancouver region, or municipal permit delays) will extend the schedule without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific geological conditions. The Geologist's findings are based on the data available at the time of investigation and are subject to the inherent uncertainties of subsurface exploration.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written change order and additional fees at the Geologist's standard hourly rate of $210.00 CAD.
- All work will comply with the Canada Vancouver Municipal Code, the BC Environmental Management Act, and the requirements of the BC Geoscience Commission.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Geologist services described herein. The engagement will proceed in accordance with the scope, schedule, and terms outlined in this document.
