The contracted Geologist shall perform the following duties and deliverables within the jurisdiction of DR Congo Kinshasa:

• Execute geophysical survey operations including ground-penetrating radar (GPR), magnetic susceptibility measurements, and electrical resistivity tomography across designated survey corridors.
• Prepare a comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report addressing potential geological hazards, groundwater contamination risks, and soil stability concerns relevant to ongoing infrastructure development projects in DR Congo Kinshasa.
• Provide technical advisory support to the Ministry of Mines regarding regulatory compliance with the 2002 Mining Code of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and subsequent amendments.
• Deliver a final geological report with recommendations for sustainable mineral extraction, land-use planning, and disaster risk mitigation strategies specific to the Kinshasa urban and peri-urban zones.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment: Due upon contract signing and confirmation of the Geologist team's mobilization to DR Congo Kinshasa.
• 40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of field survey operations and submission of interim geological data.
• 30% Final Payment: Due upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report, EIA documentation, and all regulatory filings.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation, inflation, or changes in operational costs within DR Congo Kinshasa.
2. The Geologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety protocols of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, including the Mining Code, Environmental Code, and Labour Code.
3. GeoKin Expertise SARL shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 1,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in DR Congo Kinshasa.
4. All geological data, maps, samples, and reports produced under this contract shall become the exclusive property of the Ministry of Mines upon full payment.
5. Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Geologist shall be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
6. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the rules of the OHADA arbitration centre.
