This Quotation Estimate is prepared by GeoAlex Consulting & Geological Services Ltd. to provide comprehensive Geologist professional services for the Alexandria Metropolitan Development Authority. The total estimated duration for completion of all Geologist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is ten (10) calendar weeks from the date of contract signature. Fieldwork in Egypt Alexandria is scheduled to commence within five (5) working days of receiving the Purchase Order. The final geological report and all supporting data will be delivered in both hard copy (3 sets) and digital format (PDF and AutoCAD) within two (2) weeks of fieldwork completion.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.
• Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geologist technical report.
• All Geologist personnel assigned to this project hold valid professional licenses issued by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate and are registered with the EGSMA.
• The client shall provide safe access to all investigation sites within Egypt Alexandria, including necessary permits from local municipal authorities.
• Any additional boreholes, extended depths, or supplementary Geologist services beyond the scope defined herein will be billed separately at the unit rates stated in Section 3.
• GeoAlex Consulting & Geological Services Ltd. shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance coverage of no less than EGP 10,000,000 for the duration of the project.
• All data, reports, and intellectual property produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994, with the seat of arbitration in Egypt Alexandria.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms described herein for the provision of Geologist services in Egypt Alexandria.
