- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates for geological fieldwork in Egypt Cairo.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of fieldwork (boreholes and geophysical surveys); 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Nile Delta Geological Consulting & Survey Services, National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Main Branch, Account No. 004-882-115-773.
- Commencement: Fieldwork shall commence within ten (10) working days of receipt of the advance payment and written client authorization.
- Deliverables: The Geologist shall deliver all reports in both hard copy (3 sets) and digital format (PDF and editable GIS shapefiles) within fourteen (14) days of fieldwork completion.
- Compliance: All geological survey activities in Egypt Cairo shall comply with the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) regulations, the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation permits, and local municipal bylaws.
- Insurance: The contractor maintains professional indemnity insurance and third-party liability coverage for all Geologist and field personnel operating in Egypt Cairo.
