This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoFrankfurt Consulting GmbH in response to the formal request for geological and geotechnical assessment services for the proposed underground utility corridor project in the Innenstadt district of Germany Frankfurt. Our team of licensed Geologist professionals will conduct a comprehensive subsurface investigation to support the engineering design and regulatory approval processes required under German federal and Hessian state regulations.

The Geologist assigned to this project will perform the following tasks in accordance with DIN 4033, DIN 4034, and the applicable Hessian Building Code (HBO):

• Desktop geological review of existing borehole data, geological maps (1:25,000 scale), and hydrogeological reports for the Frankfurt Basin sedimentary sequence.
• Field reconnaissance and geological mapping along the 2.4 km proposed corridor route through the sandstone, marl, and clay formations characteristic of the Germany Frankfurt geological profile.
• Design and supervision of 12 rotary boreholes (depth: 25–45 m) with continuous core logging and geological description.
• Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) and in-situ permeability testing at designated intervals.
• Identification and classification of potential geohazards including karstic dissolution zones, paleo-channel deposits, and contaminated soil horizons.
• Preparation of a detailed geological report including cross-sections, lithological columns, and engineering geological recommendations.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability of the assigned Geologist must be reconfirmed in writing.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report. Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt in accordance with § 288 BGB.
3. All geological investigations will be conducted in strict compliance with the German Federal Mining Act (BBergG), the Hessian Water Act (HWG), and applicable environmental protection regulations in Germany Frankfurt.
4. The Geologist responsible for this engagement holds a valid license issued by the Hessian State Office for Mining, Energy and Geology (HLUG) and carries professional liability insurance of no less than €5,000,000 per claim.
5. Any changes to the scope of work, including additional boreholes, extended depths, or supplementary laboratory analyses, will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued prior to execution of the additional work.
6. GeoFrankfurt Consulting GmbH reserves the right to decline this Quotation Estimate if site access conditions, safety requirements, or regulatory constraints in Germany Frankfurt render the proposed methodology infeasible.
7. All data, core samples, and reports generated under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Geologist and GeoFrankfurt Consulting GmbH retain the right to anonymized data for internal quality assurance and academic reference purposes.
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in accordance with German civil law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes GeoFrankfurt Consulting GmbH to proceed with the geological services described herein for the project located in Germany Frankfurt. The assigned Geologist will be formally introduced to the client's project team within five (5) business days of contract execution.
