• Borehole Drilling & Core Sampling: Supervision and execution of a minimum of eight (8) borehole locations at depths ranging from 15 to 45 meters, with continuous core logging by our lead Geologist.
• Geotechnical Laboratory Analysis: Physical, chemical, and mineralogical testing of collected soil and rock samples at NABL-accredited laboratories in India Bangalore.
• Groundwater Assessment: Hydrogeological survey to determine water table depth, aquifer characteristics, and water quality parameters relevant to the construction phase.
• Seismic and Stability Evaluation: Assessment of seismic vulnerability and slope stability for the proposed multi-story industrial structure, in compliance with IS 1893 and local building by-laws of the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA).

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
2. Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and borehole drilling, and 20% upon delivery of the final Geological Report signed by our Geologist.
3. All services will be executed in strict compliance with the Mines Act, 1952, the Environmental Protection Act, 1986, and applicable regulations of the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board and the Bangalore Development Authority.
4. The Geologist assigned to this project shall hold a valid registration with the Geological Survey of India (GSI) and a minimum of ten years of post-qualification experience in the Deccan volcanic terrain of South India.
5. Any additional boreholes, extended drilling depths, or supplementary laboratory tests beyond the scope outlined herein shall be billed separately at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
6. The final Geological Report shall be delivered in both hard copy (three bound copies) and digital PDF format within fifteen (15) working days of completion of all field and laboratory activities.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for environmental impact assessment (EIA), forest clearance, or any statutory approvals, which shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
8. Disputes, if any, arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in India Bangalore in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
