This Quotation Estimate is issued by Deccan Geological Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a registered firm operating in India Mumbai, to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Geologist and associated geological survey services. The scope of work outlined herein pertains to the geological assessment, site investigation, and environmental geology consultancy required for the proposed multi-storey residential and commercial development project located in the BKC (Bandra Kurla Complex) area of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue.
The following services shall be rendered by our senior Geologist and supporting field team as part of this Quotation Estimate:

The principal Geologist assigned to this project, Dr. Ananya Deshmukh, holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Geology from the University of Mumbai and possesses over fourteen (14) years of professional experience in site investigation, geotechnical consultancy, and environmental geology across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. She is a registered member of the Geological Society of India (GSI) and the Indian Geotechnical Society (IGS). All field assistants and laboratory technicians engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold minimum M.Sc. qualifications in Geology or Geophysics from recognised Indian universities.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in India Mumbai.
- A 40% advance payment shall be due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be payable in two equal instalments: 30% upon completion of fieldwork and 30% upon submission of the final Geologist's Report.
- All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via bank transfer to the account of Deccan Geological Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai.
- The Geologist and the firm shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), and the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB).
- Any additional boreholes, extended laboratory testing, or scope changes requested by the client beyond the original Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the rates specified in Schedule A of this document.
- Confidentiality: All geological data, borehole logs, and site-specific information obtained during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Geologist and the firm undertake not to disclose such information to any third party without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by monsoon flooding, cyclonic weather events common to the Mumbai coast, government-mandated lockdowns, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of the terms, scope, and pricing outlined for the Geologist's services in India Mumbai. This acceptance shall trigger the commencement of the project timeline as per the agreed schedule.
