- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement, prior to mobilization of the Geologist to the site in Tehran, Iran.
- 40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of fieldwork and submission of interim data to the Client's project office in Iran Tehran.
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon delivery and acceptance of the Final Technical Report and completion of the advisory session.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate from the Geologist.
- All geological data, reports, and findings produced by the Geologist remain the intellectual property of the Client upon full payment, subject to the Geologist's right to reference the project in professional portfolios.
- The Geologist shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Iranian Geological Survey and Mining Industries (IGSMI) licensing requirements and Tehran municipal building codes.
- Any changes to the scope of work in Iran Tehran must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- The Geologist shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 2,000,000 for the duration of the project in Tehran, Iran.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center.
