This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Geologist's services may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability in Israel Jerusalem.
All prices quoted are in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and are inclusive of the Geologist's professional fees, field equipment, laboratory sample analysis, and report preparation. Travel within the Israel Jerusalem municipal boundary is included; travel to sites outside this boundary will be billed at 120 ILS per kilometer.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery of the final Geologist's Technical Report.
The Geologist shall comply with all applicable Israeli regulations, including the Israel Geological Survey Act, the Planning and Building Law, and environmental protection statutes governing the Israel Jerusalem region.
Any changes to the scope of work after the Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be subject to a written change order and may result in additional charges.
Confidentiality: All geological data, borehole logs, and subsurface information collected in Israel Jerusalem shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Geologist and Levant Geological Consulting Ltd. shall not disclose such data to third parties without written consent.
Liability: The Geologist's professional liability is limited to the total value of this Quotation Estimate. The firm carries professional indemnity insurance with a coverage limit of 5,000,000 ILS.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Acceptance is confirmed by written signature or electronic acknowledgment.
