This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoTel Aviv Professional Services Ltd. to provide comprehensive geological consulting and field investigation services. The Geologist team estimates a total project duration of eight (8) to ten (10) weeks from the date of contract execution. Phase one (site reconnaissance and borehole drilling) will be completed within the first three weeks. Phase two (laboratory testing and hydrogeological monitoring) will span weeks four through seven. Phase three (report compilation, seismic assessment, and final Quotation Estimate reconciliation) will be delivered in weeks eight through ten. All deliverables will be submitted in both Hebrew and English to satisfy the requirements of the Israel Tel Aviv local planning and building permit office.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
- All geological services described herein shall be performed by a licensed Geologist registered with the Israeli Geologists Association and insured under professional liability coverage of no less than ILS 5,000,000.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 30% upon delivery of the final geological report. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- The Geologist reserves the right to issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate should unforeseen subsurface conditions (e.g., unexpected rock hardness, contaminated soil, or high groundwater pressure) necessitate additional investigation scope.
- All data, borehole logs, and reports generated under this engagement are the exclusive property of the client. The Geologist shall not disclose site-specific geological information to third parties without written consent.
- Work will be conducted in strict accordance with the Israeli Building Code (SII 5301), the Environmental Protection Law (5736-1976), and all applicable Israel Tel Aviv municipal bylaws regarding excavation, drilling permits, and environmental impact.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather, government-mandated work stoppages, or civil unrest affecting the Israel Tel Aviv area, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv under the rules of the Israel Arbitration Association.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes GeoTel Aviv Professional Services Ltd. to proceed with the geological investigation services as described. The assigned Geologist will coordinate directly with the client's project manager to schedule site access, drilling operations, and report review sessions within the Israel Tel Aviv project site.
