Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following instalments, all payable to GeoMilano S.r.l. via bank transfer to the IBAN specified on the invoice:
30% upon signing of the service contract and issuance of the first invoice (mobilisation payment).
40% upon completion of all fieldwork (boreholes, CPT, and groundwater monitoring) in Milan.
30% upon delivery and formal acceptance of the final Geological and Geotechnical Report.
All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and availability of the Geologist and technical team are subject to reconfirmation.
4.2 The Geologist shall provide full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the duration of the project in Italy Milan.
4.3 The client shall grant the geological team unrestricted access to the project site in Milan during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00) and shall coordinate with local authorities for any required excavation permits.
4.4 Any additional boreholes, extended laboratory testing, or scope changes requested by the client beyond the quantities stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the unit rates specified in Section 2, subject to prior written approval.
4.5 All geological data, borehole logs, and reports produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Geologist retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with the client's written consent.
4.6 This Quotation Estimate and all associated services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
4.7 The project timeline is estimated at twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract signature, assuming no delays caused by adverse weather, regulatory hold-ups, or client-requested modifications.
