Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: 30% upon signing of the professional services contract; 40% upon completion of Phase 2 (field geological investigation in Naples); and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the Final Geological Report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian civil law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. It does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the Geologist.
