This Quotation Estimate is issued by Dr. Marco Esposito, a licensed Geologist registered with the Albo dei Geologi del Lazio, in response to the formal request submitted by Edilizia Roma Capitale S.r.l. for comprehensive geological investigation and advisory services related to a residential construction project located in the Trastevere district of Italy Rome. The scope of work encompasses all geological, geotechnical, and hydrogeological assessments required to ensure the structural safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability of the proposed development in accordance with Italian national legislation (D.Lgs. 267/2000, D.M. 14/01/2009) and the specific urban planning regulations of the Comune di Roma.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices and availability of the Geologist's services are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of fieldwork and laboratory testing; 30% upon delivery and approval of the final Geological-Geotechnical Report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- The Geologist shall comply with all applicable Italian professional regulations, including the Code of Professional Conduct for Geologists (Codice Deontologico dei Geologi) and the data protection requirements of the GDPR (Regolamento UE 2016/679) as transposed into Italian law (D.Lgs. 196/2003, as amended).
- All geological data, maps, and reports produced under this engagement shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Geologist and shall be licensed to the Client for use solely in connection with the project located in Italy Rome as described herein.
- Any unforeseen geological conditions encountered during excavation (e.g., unexpected voids, contaminated soils, or significant deviation from the predicted stratigraphy) may result in additional costs. The Geologist shall issue a supplementary Quotation Estimate within five (5) working days of identifying such conditions, and no additional work shall commence without the Client's written approval.
- The project schedule assumes standard working conditions in Rome, Italy. Delays caused by adverse weather, public holidays, or regulatory moratoria imposed by the Comune di Roma shall extend the timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of a settlement, jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the competent courts of Rome, Italy.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance shall be evidenced by a signed copy of this document or a formal letter of award.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for geological services to be performed in Italy Rome.
