This Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoSahara Consulting SARL to provide comprehensive geological survey, site assessment, and consulting services in Ivory Coast Abidjan. Our team of licensed and experienced Geologist professionals will conduct a full geological evaluation of the designated site(s) as specified by the client. The scope encompasses subsurface investigation, soil and rock classification, hydrogeological assessment, and the preparation of a detailed technical report in compliance with Ivorian regulatory standards and the requirements of the Direction Générale des Mines et de la Géologie (DGMG) of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
The Geologist assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of field experience in West African geological formations, with specific expertise in the Precambrian basement complexes, Cretaceous sedimentary basins, and alluvial deposits characteristic of the Abidjan coastal plain and the surrounding hinterland in Ivory Coast.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Geologist team are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 20% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report.
- All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the mining and geological codes of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, as well as the environmental regulations of the Direction Générale de l'Environnement (DGE).
- The Geologist and all field personnel shall comply with the site-specific health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols established by the client in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- Any change in scope, additional boreholes, or extended laboratory testing beyond the quantities stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges at the unit rates indicated above.
- The final report and all raw data shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. GeoSahara Consulting SARL retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with the client's written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated work stoppages in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
The estimated duration for full completion of all services described in this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) to fourteen (14) weeks from the date of contract execution, assuming timely access to the site in Ivory Coast Abidjan and no regulatory delays. The Geologist team will provide weekly progress reports to the client throughout the engagement.
