This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services to be rendered by a licensed Geologist and supporting geological team for the above-referenced project situated in the Japan Osaka metropolitan area. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Geological Site Investigation: A thorough subsurface geological survey covering a 12-hectare parcel in the Nishinomiya Basin, including borehole drilling (minimum 6 boreholes to a depth of 40 metres), standard penetration tests (SPT), and in-situ shear wave velocity measurements to characterize the alluvial and bedrock strata typical of the Osaka sedimentary basin.

- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of Phase 2 fieldwork, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geologist report.
- All geological data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this engagement shall become the sole property of the Client upon full payment.
- The Principal Geologist and all supporting personnel shall hold valid qualifications recognised by the Japan Association of Engineering Geologists (JAEG) and comply with all applicable Japanese professional standards.
- Any change in scope, additional boreholes, or extended site conditions in the Japan Osaka area shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to commencement of the additional work.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, or government-mandated work stoppages in Osaka, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA), with the seat of arbitration in Osaka, Japan.
- This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not represent a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and executed as a formal service agreement.
