This Quotation Estimate is issued by Tokyo GeoScience Consulting Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Geologist and supporting geological team to conduct subsurface investigation, geological mapping, and risk assessment services in the metropolitan area of Japan Tokyo. The scope of work described herein is tailored specifically to the unique geological conditions of the Tokyo Basin, including alluvial deposits, volcanic ash layers, and the underlying Cretaceous granite bedrock.
2. SCOPE OF WORK – GEOLOGIST SERVICES IN JAPAN TOKYOThe Geologist team engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following services across designated sites in Japan Tokyo:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from Tokyo GeoScience Consulting Co., Ltd.
- All services shall be performed by a licensed and registered Geologist in accordance with the Japan Society of Geologists (JSG) professional standards and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's geological investigation guidelines.
- The project site is located within the administrative boundaries of Japan Tokyo. All fieldwork shall comply with local municipal regulations, noise ordinances, and environmental protection statutes applicable to the Tokyo metropolitan area.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geologist's Technical Report. All payments shall be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) via bank transfer to the account specified in the contract.
- Any change in scope, additional borehole locations, or extended fieldwork duration in Japan Tokyo shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Geologist team and approved in writing by the Client prior to commencement of additional work.
- The Geologist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of ¥500,000,000 for the duration of the project in Japan Tokyo.
- All data, samples, and reports generated under this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of the Client. The Geologist team shall not disclose subsurface data pertaining to Japan Tokyo sites to any third party without written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to earthquakes, typhoons, or government-mandated shutdowns affecting Japan Tokyo, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. It serves solely as a cost projection for the Geologist services described herein.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Geologist services in Japan Tokyo and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. The Geologist team shall mobilize within five (5) business days of written acceptance.
