1. Scope of Geologist Services in Kenya Nairobi
This Quotation Estimate is issued by East African Geological Consultants Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional Geologist services for the client's project located within the Nairobi metropolitan area, Kenya. Our team of licensed and registered Geologists, holding valid practising certificates from the Engineering, Architecture and Surveying Practitioners Council of Kenya (EASPK), will deliver the following geological and geotechnical services as outlined below. All fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting will be conducted in strict compliance with the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) regulations, and the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development guidelines applicable in Kenya Nairobi.

3. Project Timeline
The total estimated duration for the completion of all Geologist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is ten (10) working weeks from the date of contract execution. The schedule will be adjusted to accommodate seasonal rainfall patterns typical of Kenya Nairobi, which may affect field drilling and geophysical survey operations. A detailed Gantt chart will be provided upon contract signing.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to revision upon expiry.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork and laboratory testing, and 20% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geologist's Technical Report.
- All Geologist personnel assigned to this project in Kenya Nairobi shall hold valid professional registration with EASPK and carry professional indemnity insurance of not less than KES 5,000,000.
- The client shall provide safe access to the project site, existing topographic surveys, and any prior geological data available for the Nairobi location.
- Any additional scope beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written variation order and additional cost assessment.
- All data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 of Kenya.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal agreement is executed by both parties.
5. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Geologist services in Kenya Nairobi and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
