The Geologist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables at the designated project site in Kuwait Kuwait City:

• Geological Site Investigation: Conduct a detailed geological mapping and stratigraphic analysis of the project area in Kuwait Kuwait City, including identification of soil layers, bedrock depth, and subsurface geological formations.
• Borehole & Core Sampling: Supervise and execute a minimum of six (6) borehole drilling operations to a depth of 30 metres each, with continuous core logging by the Geologist.
• Geotechnical Laboratory Testing: Commission and oversee laboratory analysis of collected samples, including Atterberg limits, compaction tests, shear strength, and permeability assessments.
• Groundwater Assessment: Perform hydrogeological evaluation of the aquifer system beneath Kuwait Kuwait City, including water table monitoring and salinity testing.
• Environmental Geology Report: Prepare a comprehensive geological and environmental report compliant with Kuwaiti Ministry of Environment regulations and Kuwait City municipal building codes.
• On-Site Consultation: Provide a minimum of ten (10) on-site consultation sessions with the client's engineering team at the Kuwait Kuwait City project location.
• Final Deliverable: Submit a bound final Geologist report in both Arabic and English, including all raw data, photographs, maps, and recommendations for foundation design.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kuwait Kuwait City.
• Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geologist report.
• All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nakheel Geological Consultants LLC, Kuwait City.
• The Geologist and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards of the State of Kuwait and the Municipality of Kuwait City.
• Any additional scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client.
• The project timeline assumes standard working conditions in Kuwait Kuwait City. Delays caused by force majeure, extreme weather, or client-requested changes shall extend the schedule proportionally without additional penalty.
• All intellectual property, data, and reports generated under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned.
