2. Scope of Geologist ServicesThis Quotation Estimate is issued by GeoScience Professional Services Sdn. Bhd. to provide comprehensive professional Geologist services for the above-referenced residential development project located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The scope of work encompasses all geological investigations, site assessments, and technical advisory services required to ensure the structural integrity, environmental compliance, and long-term sustainability of the proposed construction. Our team of qualified Geologist professionals will conduct all fieldwork and laboratory analysis in strict accordance with the Malaysian Geohazard Guidelines, the Department of Minerals and Geoscience (JMG) regulations, and the relevant provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1976 as applicable in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of field investigation and laboratory testing, and 20% upon final submission and acceptance of the Geologist's Site Investigation Report.
- All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via bank transfer to the account details provided in the official invoice issued by GeoScience Professional Services Sdn. Bhd.
- The Geologist services described herein shall be performed by a registered professional Geologist and a qualified support team in full compliance with the Malaysian Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Act 2016 and all applicable regulations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Any additional scope of work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client.
- The contractor shall bear full responsibility for site safety, environmental protection, and compliance with all local by-laws of the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) during the execution of geological fieldwork in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- All intellectual property rights in the reports, data, and findings produced by our Geologist team shall vest in the client upon full and final payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent services shall be resolved through mediation in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the Mediation Act 2012 of Malaysia.
