2. Scope of Services – Geologist Professional Services

This Quotation Estimate is issued by TerraFirma Geological Consulting S.A. de C.V. to provide the full scope of professional Geologist services required for the above-referenced construction project located in Mexico Mexico City. The Geologist team assigned to this project will conduct all field investigations, laboratory analyses, and engineering geological reports in strict compliance with the Mexican Official Standards (NOM-022-CONACYT-2011) and the applicable regulations of the Mexico Mexico City government, including the Reglamento de Construcciones para el Distrito Federal and the guidelines established by the Instituto de Geología de la UNAM.

5. Terms and Conditions

  • Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of fieldwork, and 25% upon delivery of the final Geologist report and regulatory approval in Mexico Mexico City.
