- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Myanmar Yangon.
- The lead Geologist engaged under this estimate holds a Master's degree in Geology from the University of Yangon and possesses over fifteen (15) years of field experience in the geological formations of the Myanmar Yangon region, including the Ayeyarwady Delta sediments and the Bago Yoma foothills.
- All fieldwork will be conducted in strict compliance with the Myanmar Mines Law (2016), the Environmental Conservation Law (1999), and all applicable local regulations of the Yangon Regional Government.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of fieldwork, and 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geological Report.
- The client shall provide safe access to the project site in Myanmar Yangon, necessary permits, and coordination with local authorities. Any delays caused by force majeure events (including monsoon flooding common in the Yangon region) will extend the project timeline proportionally.
- All data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for environmental impact assessment (EIA) licensing, seismic survey, or structural engineering design, which may be quoted separately upon request.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
