1. The Geologist team shall commence fieldwork within ten (10) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The anticipated total project duration is eight (8) weeks from mobilization to final report delivery, subject to weather conditions and municipal permitting timelines in Netherlands Amsterdam. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided upon contract execution.
4. Terms and Conditions- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability of the Geologist must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of fieldwork; 30% upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
- Liability: GeoScience Amsterdam B.V. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. The Geologist's professional liability is capped at the total contract value as stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- Permitting: The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary municipal permits, excavation licenses, and third-party access agreements required to conduct geological fieldwork in Netherlands Amsterdam. GeoScience Amsterdam B.V. will provide technical support in the permitting process at no additional charge.
- Confidentiality: All geological data, subsurface models, and environmental findings generated by the Geologist shall remain the exclusive property of the client. No data may be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government-mandated shutdowns, or natural geological hazards encountered during drilling operations in the Netherlands Amsterdam region.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- Revisions: Any changes to the scope of work, additional boreholes, or extended laboratory testing beyond the quantities specified herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the Geologist prior to execution of the additional work.
