This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by GeoTerra Auckland Limited to provide comprehensive geological assessment and consulting services for the proposed residential development at 12-18 Karangahape Road, Auckland CBD. As a registered Geologist operating within New Zealand Auckland, our team will deliver site-specific geological investigations in full compliance with the Auckland Unitary Plan, the New Zealand Geotechnical Society (NZGS) guidelines, and all applicable provisions of the Building Act 2004 and the Resource Management Act 1991 as they pertain to the Auckland region.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, GeoTerra Auckland Limited reserves the right to revise the pricing of the Geologist services outlined herein.
- All fees are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the Geologist's professional time, technical expertise, and standard reporting. Additional site visits or scope changes will be billed at the hourly rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon delivery of the Geological Assessment Report, and the remaining 30% upon completion of post-construction monitoring. All invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date.
- The Geologist services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be performed in accordance with the New Zealand Geotechnical Society (NZGS) Code of Practice, the Auckland Unitary Plan (2016, as amended), and all relevant provisions of the Building Act 2004 and the Resource Management Act 1991 applicable to New Zealand Auckland.
- GeoTerra Auckland Limited shall not be liable for any consequential loss, delay, or additional cost arising from geological conditions that were not reasonably identifiable at the time of the site investigation, provided that the Geologist has exercised due professional diligence in accordance with industry standards.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of specific geological outcomes. The Geologist's findings and recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the investigation and are subject to the inherent uncertainties of subsurface conditions in the Auckland volcanic and alluvial terrain.
- All reports, data, and documentation produced by the Geologist under this Quotation Estimate shall remain the intellectual property of GeoTerra Auckland Limited until full payment has been received. The client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the reports for the purpose of the referenced project.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
- This Quotation Estimate supersedes all prior discussions, correspondence, and estimates between the parties regarding the geological services for the referenced project site in New Zealand Auckland.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Geologist services to be provided in New Zealand Auckland as described herein. The client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document.
