The scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompasses all phases of geological investigation as mandated by the Nigerian Institute of Mining and Geosciences (NIMG) and the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA). 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nigeria Abuja and changes in the Nigerian Naira exchange rate.
3.2 Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of fieldwork and borehole drilling, and 25% upon delivery and acceptance of the final Geological Investigation Report by the client in Nigeria Abuja.
3.3 All geological services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act (2007), the Federal Capital Territory Development Plan, and the standards of the Nigerian Institute of Mining and Geosciences (NIMG). Our Geologist team holds valid professional registration and indemnity insurance.
3.4 The client shall provide unrestricted access to the site in Wuse II, Nigeria Abuja, and coordinate with local Area Council authorities to facilitate the Geologist team's field operations. Any delays caused by site access restrictions shall extend the project timeline accordingly.
3.5 All borehole drilling and geotechnical investigations in Nigeria Abuja shall be conducted in accordance with FCDA environmental regulations. Our Geologist team will ensure full site restoration upon completion of all field activities.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for structural engineering design, architectural planning, or construction supervision. These are separate professional services outside the scope of our Geologist engagement.
3.7 Any variation in scope beyond 10% of the original Quotation Estimate shall require a formal amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for geological services to be rendered by our Geologist team in Nigeria Abuja. The terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein shall govern the professional engagement between both parties.
