1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF SERVICESThis Quotation Estimate is issued by TerraScope Geological Consultancy Ltd. in response to the request for professional geological assessment services in the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area. Our firm, with over fifteen years of experience in Nigerian geological surveying and environmental consulting, is pleased to present this detailed Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a senior Geologist and supporting technical team to carry out comprehensive subsurface investigation, soil classification, and geological hazard mapping for the proposed Lagos Coastal Infrastructure Corridor Project.
The scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompasses all geological fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and reporting activities required to deliver a complete geological feasibility assessment. The Geologist assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in Nigerian sedimentary geology, with specific expertise in the coastal and deltaic formations characteristic of the Nigeria Lagos region.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for geological services in Nigeria Lagos.
- Payment terms: 40% advance mobilization payment upon execution of the contract; 35% upon completion of all fieldwork and borehole drilling; 25% upon delivery and acceptance of the Final Geological Report.
- All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- The Geologist and technical team shall comply with all applicable Nigerian regulations, including the Nigerian Geological Survey Act, NESREA environmental guidelines, and Lagos State building and infrastructure codes.
- Any change in scope, additional borehole locations, or extended geophysical survey beyond the parameters stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplemental quotation and written approval from the client prior to execution.
- TerraScope Geological Consultancy Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than ₦500,000,000 for the duration of the project. A certificate of insurance shall be provided upon request.
- All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Geologist and team shall sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to commencing fieldwork in the Nigeria Lagos project area.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
